It was a pleasure working with Kaleb as project manager. He is personable, polite and listened to your needs. Contract details were spelled out in detail in the beginning. With some builders even a small deviation in how the project progressed could result in additional charges. GCI accounted for such contingencies in their base charge. Quality of work was good. Talking to these workers, they had many years of experience working on similar projects. That helped make sure everything was built to codes and best practices. Work place was kept clean. They even picked up some trash items we wanted disposed off.

GCI is very responsive and communicative with their clients. They did a fabulous job painting the interior of our house and redoing the fireplace. They also remodeled a couple of bathrooms. They are also very willing to fix things, when they don't go as planned. I would hire them again :)

The major renovation began with a week and progress was made daily with picture updates. I have been through other renovations in the past and this has been by far my best experience.
