Are you licensed, Bonded and Insured? Yes we are and we also carry Workman's Comp. You can see our information here. Our insurance coverage far exceeds the minimums required by the state licensing board.

How can I verify this with the state? You can verify our license status as well as any other contractor you are considering by going here https://verify.llronline.com/LicLookup/LookupMain.aspx and entering the contractor information, you will be instantly notified of there status.

What type of paints and materials do you use? Of course different circumstances call for different products and quality of goods. Depending on your budget and desired outcome we will supply the highest grade of material available that falls into your budget. GCI Services will always use what has been specified for your project and will never say we'll use Brand A and show up with Brand Z. Being that the materials are the smallest cost of the project it is always wise to use a premium product. On average you extend the life cycle an additional 30%. Spending more now will save you thousands in the end.

Do you provide written or verbal estimates? All of our proposals are written. We will never give you a verbal estimate without backing it up on paper. This added security insures that the customer knows exactly the methods, materials and terms of the project.

Do you own or rent your equipment? GCI Services owns and professionally maintains 95% of the equipment needed to perform most projects. This allows us to focus more on your project and unlike most contractors rush the job in order to save on rental costs. However, some projects may require uncommon or highly specialized equipment not commonly used. In these cases we will rent these items at no extra charge to you.

Do you offer a warranty on your work? GCI Services offers a 12-month warranty on our workmanship. This information will be provided with your proposal.

Do you offer Free Estimates? GCI Services offers free written estimates, over the phone budgetary estimates and with some basic information provide an estimate without the client needing to be there. These in return can be left with you that same day, emailed or faxed back to you.

Do you require a deposit in order to start work? GCI Services generally asks for a deposit to start most projects and balance due upon completion. The deposit secures your interest in the project, confirms your place in the schedule and is applied to material purchases. However we do understand there are different circumstances that require alternate terms and we are flexible.

Do you work primarily Monday to Friday? GCI Services will work on your project when you need us to. If it needs to be evenings, weekends, weekdays, split shifts, etc., we will do this at no extra charge to you. We will also not move our team from your project to start another project until yours is finished.
